New + Available in the App Now
Highlight Key Resources with Featured Content
Make sure the most important materials are front and center. With the new Featured Content option, Administrators can assign a specific workbook or Collection to appear at the top of educators’ dashboards. This helps teachers quickly find and launch their next lesson without the need to search within the app.
Administrators can customize which content appears by grade level and view completion data—making it easier to implement Wayfinder and support students.
Easily Export Dashboard Data
Need quick insights on how content is being used? Administrators can now export detailed reports right from their dashboard.
These reports include information like lesson completions, content views, and more—making it simple to analyze trends and inform planning.
Flexible User Data + Enrollments
Managing user information is now more adaptable to the way your schools operate. Administrators can customize User Data—like content views and completions—as well as set enrollments based on the school, role, and term for each user.
Users can have multiple enrollments with different data configurations, making it easier to track engagement across changing roles or school years. Plus, Administrators have full control over whose data appears on their dashboard, giving them a clearer picture of how learning is happening across the Wayfinder app.
Updated Waypoints Interface
Waypoints has a fresh new look designed to make navigating assessments more intuitive. Educators will now see their names clearly labeled under completed assessments, making it easier to distinguish between classes.
In addition, a new “Students” toggle gives all users quick access to a complete list of students and their Waypoints results—helping teams review their progress more efficiently and stay organized across all classes and grade levels.
Coming Fall 2025: New Features to Support Student Growth from PreK Through Graduation
Portrait of a Graduate Add-On
Use your district's graduate success framework to track student progress toward broader success outcomes—such as Portrait of a Graduate or Vision of a Learner.
This new add-on helps schools measure how students are building essential skills for life beyond the classroom. Learn more here!
PreK Core Curriculum
For the first time, we’re offering a dedicated PreK Core Curriculum, designed to support yearlong early learning with developmentally appropriate content. It's perfectly suited for TK classrooms too!
The curriculum includes twenty 15-minute lessons that introduce foundational skills and support development in the classroom.

This year’s updates bring even more content, smarter data tools, and simpler training—making it easier for schools to support student learning and staff success at every level.

MTSS Enhancements
Waypoints data will include percentile rankings, giving educators a clearer view of how students are progressing in Core Skills.
In addition, System Administrators can now see school names in data downloads—making district-level analysis faster and more actionable.
